Rental/Credit Application

• Print the application.
• Printing clearly, carefully fill out all the requested information.
• On page 3, you must sign both the Acknowledgement and the Consent to Obtain Credit/Employment Information on the Applicant’s Signature line.
• Once completed, bring it to our office. If you live out of the area you can mail, email or fax it. Just remember, time is an important factor. Rentals go quickly.
• We require a copy of your photo ID and proof of your income.
• All applications must be accompanied with the $40.00 application fee to be considered.

NOTE: All individuals of 18 years of age or older who will be living at the residence must complete their own, separate application and pay the $40.00 application fee.
